Inactive Client

• Inactive client are those who have't traded in stock / commodity market with us for over a year.

Policy Regarding Inactive Client

• Our team at Navjeevan will make a list of clients at the beginning of every month and those clients who have not traded even a single time for over a year will be considered as inactive.

Reactivating an account

• An inactive client would have to either do online Re-KYC or mail us reactivation form (Equity / Commodity) to our registered head office.
