I have just installed Logic on a new MacBook Pro (with the M1 chip) and in transferring Waves plugins from my previous MacBook (Air). Press cancel for every plugin while logic loads. Logic crashes every time I delete something, so instead of deleting we just recorded.

Unfortunately it’s been quite a disaster so far. Not only is the Guitar Rig 6 crashing Logic but every time Logic quits, the connection to my S61 is lost and I have to restart my iMac to get it to work again. I was told this is also a known issue that has not been solved for a long time. One important reason for me purchasing the S61 was to control Logic for a faster workflow. These problems are killing a lot of inspiration and the fun when making music, especially after paying quite a lot for Komplete 13 Ultimate and the S61 Mk2, hoping this would be a lot of fun and great tools for music making.

Now I feel like I have to upgrade anyway to have a working guitar plugin. I really hope there will be a solution to both these problems soon. Regards, Roger.

Very frustrating. Restarted multiple times. Reinstalled GR6. Won’t even let me open the project to replace GT6 with another guitar plugin.

There you will find all the Crash Reports and if you right-click on them there is the option to “Reveal in Finder”. This gives you access to the file which you can upload here. Tried that, but:.

Is there another way to send to you? Thanks dontsettle, I copied the crashlog from your post. In the future you could wrap the crashlog into a pdf, like Roger did in Post 3 in this thread. Anyway, we’ll look into the issue to see what’s going wrong.
