I can now stop using Cap 7 and move up to Cap 8 now. Native app publisher is still being neglected. There is confusion between Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8; it is using the wrong version of PhoneGap 3. The rest looks brilliant so far. Captivate can publish Windows 8 app but it does not support Windows Phone 8 apps. Thanks for your feedback, we will update the help docs accordingly.
