Outside the office, Senada enjoys paper crafting and drawing with her young son and spending time with her toddler daughter. Her third child arrived in July Rob holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in construction management from Pratt Institute, which affords him a pragmatic approach to the logistical and technical considerations of building envelope projects.
Drawing from his internship, educational, and freelance experience, as well as his extensive design software skills, Rob provides drafting, field work, and document development support to the New York office. Rob has worked on more than 40 projects with Hoffmann Architects, including restoration and replacement of facades, roofs, and historic windows, as well as water infiltration investigation and plaza rehabilitation. An accomplished architectural designer with an eye for details, Kelsey manages projects, develops plans and detail drawings, reviews submittals, performs field work, and prepares documentation for building envelope rehabilitation projects. She also enjoys cooking, skiing, drawing and painting, photography, and traveling. Craig manages the resources of the New York City office.

An honors graduate of Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania, Rachel contributes her experience in finance and administration to meeting the financial record-keeping and reporting needs of the firm. Given the technologically-driven nature of the profession, Nick plays a critical role at Hoffmann Architects: he directs, plans, implements, troubleshoots and maintains all computing systems for the firm.
Nick oversees technology partner relationships, including software, cloud, and DataCom service providers. He also governs all facets of network and cyber security, as well as coordinates and administers staff technology training.
In his free time, Nick is a devoted hockey coach, parent, player, and fan, as well as an avid gardener. He has been making his own homemade wine for over 20 years. Dave develops training programs to support the technical staff in achieving consistent, precise drawings that provide clear information to the project team. As an architecture research fellow in Southeast Asia and South America, he has a background in dense urban environments. Outside the office, Richard loves traveling, especially to other countries, and does so as often as possible. He has been to 17 different counties so far, on 4 different continents.
